Zach S. Buck leads our leasing operations, bringing 15 years of specialized experience in oil and gas services, with a primary focus on lease acquisition. As our Leasing Department Manager, Zach combines dynamic leadership with skilled negotiation abilities, delivering both efficiency and rigorous attention to detail that our clients expect.

Throughout his tenure with MAO since 2009, Zach has successfully purchased leases, managed complex leasing projects, and led leasing personnel teams. His unwavering commitment to customer service and professional, ethical reputation in the land service industry make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team. Zach maintains his Certified Professional Landman status with the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is an active member of the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen (LAPL). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Louisiana State University in 2006.
